It does this by using a standard print driver to convert the output from any application that can print. Unlike conventional programs that are launched from a menu or icon, Print2PDF is accessed when you select the Print2PDF printer from your application’s Print dialog. Print2PDF 5.0 also includes an application called Convert2PDF. This allows you to right click a file in Windows Explorer and convert it into PDF by selecting Convert2PDF from the popup menu. Most common office file types are supported. This affordable and easy-to-use PDF (Portable Document Format) conversion software can create an Adobe compatible PDF file from any Windows application that can print. Leading the list of new features in Version 5.0 includes merging that allows the creation of a single PDF document from multiple sources (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word), and electronic signing PDF documents using a Digital ID to provide tamper-resistance and authenticity. Windows 2000 Pro, XP Home, XP Pro 128MB of RAM (256MB RAM recommended) 20MB free hard disk space Print2PDF .dot macro requires Microsoft Word 2000, XP, 2003. Integration with Microsoft Internet Explorer requires version 5.0 or higher. .HTML, .TXT, .JPG and .GIF require Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher. .DOC and .RTF require Microsoft Word 97 or higher. .XLS requires Microsoft Excel 97 or higher. .PPT requires Microsoft PowerPoint® 97 or higher. .PDF requires Adobe Reader® 6.0 or higher. Installation and Setup Print2PDF is a printer driver. It will automatically install system files inside the Windows file system and support files to the user-defined location.  After the install process is complete, you will find the Print2PDF printer in the Windows print folder. Right clicking a supported file type in Windows Explorer will access the Convert2PDF feature and the Configuration program can be accessed from the Print2PDF program group. By default, Print2PDF will install as a 30-day trial. When you purchase Print2PDF, you are given a Registration Key that unlocks the trial version. The trial version of Print2PDF differs from the full version in two ways. First, the trial will insert a trial statement into all documents processed by Print2PDF.
